A laid-back, casual place to share writing or photography, regardless of where you are in the creative process. We encourage sharing unfinished work and making new friends. We encourage experimentation, collaboration, and cross-pollination.

The bar at Yellow Cab will be open, and food will be available from the Pizza Bandit food truck. HOW TO SHARE: If you're a writer, bring your piece to read (printed out or on your phone -- whatever works for you). We suggest something that doesn't take longer than 5-ish minutes to read. If you're a photographer, here's what we suggest: put photos in Google Slides and send an open-access link (view-only is fine) to Amy Powell (email: amylynnpowell@gmail.com). You can also bring a flash drive, or pull up your website. SOME BACKSTORY: We (Amy and Ashley) were looking for an informal, casual way for writers and photographers to share work without focusing so much on having a full-scale event. We're also interested in the intersection of visuals and writing, how one can inspire and inform the other, and imagined what kind of collaborations could spring from such a thing.
