This Pine Box Vinyl Release

On Saturday, December 1, The Yellow Cab Tavern is excited to welcome home This Pine Box for the vinyl release of their debut album, "The Way Out" with support from Cincinnati's Sylmar, Springfield's Once a Pine and Louisville's Bendigo Fletcher.

Doors open at 7pm, music starts at 8pm and tickets are $7 in advance and $10 at the doors.

This Pine Box

"The Way Out" is a collection of songs about getting out of the rut that mundane life tends to cause. With its infectious hooks, catchy vocal lines, and upbeat grooves, you almost can’t help getting up and dancing. It was recorded in the winter of 2016-2017 at John Curleys Ultrasuede studio. It was mastered by Brian Lucey of Magic Garden Mastering.

Sylmar

Sylmar is an indie-rock, stoner-jazz, dream-rock, quintet based in Cincinnati. Contagious hooks and crafty crescendos are often riddled with time changes, false endings and raucous improvisation, resulting in a bold, original, and accessible sound.
