Swearing at Motorists

Live from St Pauli FC Stadium in Germany, the Yellow Cab Tavern is excited to host a very special web-streaming performance from Dayton's own Swearing At Motorists on Saturday, July 28. The night will also feature live (in person) performances from Human Cannonball and Smug Brothers. Doors open at 8pm and tickets are $7 in advance or $10 at the doors with a portion of the proceeds going towards Ian Kaplan's continued recovery.

Swearing at Motoristis has developed the reputation of being one of the most energetic and charismatic American bands around today, both on stage and on record. Dubbed a veritable "two-man Who" by more than one critic, the band brings to mind Twin/Tone-era Replacements and early Elvis Costello for their ability to translate their legendarily venomous and soulful live show to record.
