Battle of the Tacos

Dayton Food Truck Battles is excited to announce the fourth round of the Battle of the Tacos on Thursday, September 6 from 5 to 9pm at the Yellow Cab Tavern!

We're also excited to announce that at the Battle of the Tacos, the Yellow Cab will be donating a dollar from each specialty cocktail sold to the local organization, The Mosaic Institute! Come support this great cause while getting something great to eat and drink!

A new monthly food truck event, the Battle of the Tacos is one in a series of Dayton Food Truck Battles, pitting two food trucks against each other in a no holds bar battle! The truck with the most sales will carry on to the next round against a new Taco competitor on the first Thursday of each month.

The fourth battle will feature returning champion, Latinarepas food truck vs Shantz Express. Come out and show your support for your favorite truck!

We're also happy to announce that all of 2018's Battle of the Tacos will be hosted at the Yellow Cab Tavern at 700 E 4th St in Dayton.
