The Competitions: The Pulled Pork Competition - between 12-2pm, while supplies last. All attendees will receive samples of pulled pork from all participating trucks in a blind taste test. Then you get to to vote on who has the best pulled pork!
The Best Bite Challenge - 4pm. Each professional team will submit their best entree for judging.
Amateur Barbecue Competition. Multiple teams of aspiring entrepreneurs and backyard enthusiasts will have their work evaluated by experienced judges in three categories; chicken, ribs, and best side dish.
The Music: Featuring a full day of great local rock and roots music from 1-8pm, we're still finalizing the lineup. Check back for more details!
The Charity: The Dayton Barbecue Rodeo is excited to once again work with Alzheimer's Association: Miami Valley Chapter as their charitable partner.
